The Fitzroy

The Fitzroy project was a distinctive opportunity to relaunch a brand from scratch. The Fitzroy brings Roman & Williams signature touches to New York City’s High Line. This beautiful property is comprised of 14 well-detailed, elegant, two- to five-bedroom homes. Iconic's award-winning designer, Kevin Cantrell, helped developed a comprehensive identity system including logos, signage, printed materials, brochure design, digital design, and advertising. The identity system also included the development of a custom font, now appropriately named “Fitzroy Display.”
